Mercor is seeking a Native Latin American Spanish speaker for a contract role as CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America). You will record high-quality voice samples and deliver expressive speech for AI voice work.

This remote position requires 5–10 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $50 to $100 per hour, with strict adherence to recording guidelines and the potential for ongoing collaboration based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America with neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish.
• Clear, natural, and expressive voice; voice acting/narration/broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
• Access to a professional recording setup.
• Strong intonation, diction and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week.
• Voice cloning consent: recordings may be cloned for CX AI Agent and used strictly for this project.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with controlled tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines (environment, microphone setup, file formatting).
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style.
