Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) on a remote contract basis. You will record high-quality samples and deliver expressive, natural speech suitable for AI agent voice cloning.

The ideal candidate is a native Latin American Spanish speaker with proven voice acting experience, access to a quality home studio, and the ability to follow scripts precisely while delivering consistent performances. Availability of 5–10 hours per week is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.

Position: Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$150/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America with the ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish .
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting .
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup .
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range .
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent. Your recordings will not be sold or reused outside of this specific use case.

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets .
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Reaper .
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles like conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
