Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) on a remote, contract basis. You will record samples across scripts, delivering natural, expressive speech with precise diction.

You should be based in Latin America with neutral Spanish, have voice acting experience, a pro recording setup, and be available 5–10 hours per week. This project may involve limited cloning for the CX AI agent and will not be reused outside this use case.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America with neutral Spanish.
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
• Access to a professional recording setup.
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week.
• Voice may be cloned for CX AI Agent and recordings used only for this project.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts.
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with controlled tone and pacing.
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
• Follow detailed recording guidelines including environment and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style.
