Job summary

Praxent is seeking a senior QA Automation Engineer to enhance testing capacity and deliver high-quality software. You will drive automated testing across web and mobile, mentor teammates, and collaborate with delivery leads to ensure sprint commitments are met.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years of experience, strong testing framework expertise, and a client-facing mindset. This is a fully remote role with country-specific benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong QA fundamentals and practices.
• End-to-end test frameworks with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium.
• Mobile testing using Appium for iOS/Android.
• CI/CD integration for automated tests (parallel runs, reporting).
• Experience building test frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acceptance criteria are understood and met.
• Document and drive test plans, metrics and QA improvements.
• Automate tests, perform API testing, and explore edge cases.
• Mentor peers and junior team members on best practices.
• Lead testing efforts to align with sprint goals.
• Interact with clients to convey testing value and outcomes.
