Job summary

Axon seeks an In-Market Product Manager for LATAM & Puerto Rico to own regional discovery, strategy and delivery of software-led solutions across the region, focusing on our Digital Evidence Management platform and connected device ecosystem.

You will partner with global Product, Design and Engineering teams to translate local requirements into product direction, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive adoption across public-safety customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management in SaaS/cloud software or enterprise tech.
• Experience owning full end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery to adoption.
• Proven collaboration with Engineering and Product Design in agile environments.
• Experience with enterprise customers, tenders or procurement is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued for LATAM work.

Responsibilities

• Own customer and user discovery for LATAM & Puerto Rico.
• Shape regional product strategy and roadmaps with global leadership.
• Translate insights into clear product direction, briefs and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Engineering.
