Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a Collections and Landlord/Tenant Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day management of landlord/tenant litigation and collections across a geographic portfolio. The role includes supervising a team of 4–5 members and coordinating with community managers and outside counsel to resolve matters on schedule.

You will report to the General Counsel, Property Management, within the Legal Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of paralegal or legal case management experience required; landlord/tenant, eviction, or collections experience preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar) preferred.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Directly own and manage a dedicated geographic portfolio of collections and landlord/tenant litigation matters, including supervisory duties.
• Monitor landlord/tenant litigation from initiation through resolution.
• Lead monthly updates with local landlord/tenant counsel across the portfolio.
• Enter and maintain case updates in the property management system in a timely, accurate manner.
• Initiate non-payment proceedings and holdover/other proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with community managers, regional staff, and outside counsel for status reviews and next steps.
• Supervise and coach a team of 4–5 members in similar duties within their geographic portfolio.
• Review reports to ensure consistency, timeliness, and compliance with standards and law.
• Identify trends across geographies and escalate to General Counsel, Property Management.
• Monitor and report KPIs across the portfolio and reports to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
