Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related sales/business experience or energy land management degree.
• Knowledge of land-related contracts, laws, and acquisition policies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ethical practices essential.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and acquire land agreements for oil and gas exploration.
• Identify ownership interests and locations of mineral owners.
• Draft contracts to satisfy client requirements.
• Prepare daily activity reports and title-related documents; field or office work possible.
• Conduct due diligence to ensure accuracy of land rights and address deficiencies.
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, damages, and access.
• Adhere to client procedures and update Project Manager regularly.
