Placements24 is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join the team in Paarl to plan and design new developments, focusing on site layout, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure.

You will collaborate with architects, surveyors and planners to transform raw land into functional spaces while ensuring compliance with zoning, building codes and environmental requirements in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and teamwork with architects, surveyors and planners.
• Strong planning and problem solving for site design and grading.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and local development rules.

Responsibilities

• Design site plans including grading, drainage and utilities.
• Prepare stormwater management plans and permits.
• Coordinate with surveyors and architects for accurate site design.
• Conduct feasibility studies for development projects.
• Review construction plans and provide engineering support.
