Responsibilities include individual and group sessions, assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible work arrangements are available, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LADC/ADC credential in Minnesota.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and counseling.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI and trauma-informed care.
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with compassion and respect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions for substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care.
• Facilitate psychoeducation groups focused on recovery and relapse prevention.
• Connect clients with community resources and ongoing care.
