Amazing Health LLC in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T to join our growing behavioral health team. This role focuses on individual and group counseling for substance use disorders and the journey to recovery.

The ideal candidate holds current LADC licensure in Minnesota, has experience with CBT, MI, trauma-informed care, and strong clinical documentation, and works well with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner.

Qualifications

• Active LADC licensure or ADC-T status in Minnesota.
• Experience in substance use disorder counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care.
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance use disorder treatment and recovery
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical staff, and community resources
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Support clients in developing coping strategies, relapse prevention plans, and life skills
