Qualifications

• Active LADC/ADC credential in Minnesota.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and counseling.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI and trauma-informed care.
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations with compassion and respect.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements:

• Active LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) or ADC (Alcohol and Drug Counselor) credential in Minnesota

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
