Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a LabVantage Administrator to administer and maintain the LabVantage LIMS platform in our Boston area laboratory. The role emphasizes system administration, user and security management, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.

You will configure users, roles, workflows, and system settings, monitor performance, support upgrades, manage data integrity, and collaborate with QA, IT, and lab teams to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering LabVantage LIMS.
• Strong knowledge of LabVantage system administration and configuration.
• Experience with user management, security roles, workflows, and permissions.
• Experience with SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows and sample lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LabVantage LIMS platform.
• Configure users, roles, security groups, workflows, and system settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security in compliance with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with business users, laboratory teams, QA, and IT to gather and implement system requirements.
• Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and system health monitoring.
• Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and administrative procedures.
• Support integrations with laboratory instruments and enterprise applications.
• Participate in testing, validation, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and data integrity standards where applicable.
