Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead negotiator in collective bargaining.
• Provide legal guidance to unions, and represent them in arbitration, grievances, and other labor-relations matters.
• Work to protect the rights of public-sector workers and ensure fair workplace practices.
• Draft articles on labor and employment topics relevant to public sector workers.
