CEA is seeking a dedicated Labor Relations Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor law, collective bargaining, public agencies, and the representation of union members. As a Labor Relations Attorney at CEA, you will serve as the lead negotiator in collective bargaining, provide legal guidance to unions, represent them in arbitration, grievances, and other labor-relations matters, and advocate for public-sector workers to ensure their rights are upheld. This is labor relations, union-side position.

Pay and benefits are competitive. The salary range is $114,000 - $144,000 annually.

Our clients are organized under the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act and other related state bargaining laws. They work in cities, counties, school districts, and special districts in California.
