Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent City departments on employee relations and labor matters.
• Handle advisory requests to reduce workplace litigation and complaints.
• Prepare for and present cases before administrative bodies and quasi-judicial tribunals.
• Assist in WV prevention work, restraining orders, and related investigations.
• Work with Mayor's Office, City Council, and other officials as needed.
