Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking experienced Labor & Employment litigation contract attorneys to support its team. This remote position may require California bar licensure and experience with wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA matters. The assignment runs initially for 6 months with potential extension or direct-hire conversion; concurrent employment may be considered.

Up to 40 hours per week with flexible schedules for top candidates. Pay ranges from $100 to $120 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience handling California wage and hour class action claims.
• Experience with PAGA matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing matters through all phases of litigation.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings.
• Researching, drafting, and arguing motions.
