Job summary

RED seeks a Laboratory Support Analyst for a 12-month contract, fully remote in Germany. The role requires fluent German and English, with experience in supporting laboratory systems and applications such as LIMS/ELN/CDS.

The candidate will handle functional and technical support, incident management, and SLA adherence, ensuring data quality and compliance. Strong analytical skills and ITIL knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory.
Experience providing functional and technical support for laboratory systems and applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills within a support environment.
Experience with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
Knowledge of laboratory applications including LIMS, ELN, CDS, or similar platforms is preferred.
Basic SQL and database knowledge.
Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience monitoring systems, validating data, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work within defined SLAs and support business-critical laboratory operations.
Able to join within a short notice period.
