RED seeks a Laboratory Support Analyst for a 12-month contract, fully remote in Germany. The role requires fluent German and English, with experience in supporting laboratory systems and applications such as LIMS/ELN/CDS.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory.
• Experience providing functional and technical support for laboratory systems and applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills within a support environment.
• Experience with ticketing and incident management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of laboratory applications including LIMS, ELN, CDS, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Experience monitoring systems, validating data, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance-related activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work within defined SLAs and support business-critical laboratory operations.
• Able to join within a short notice period.

Laboratory Support Analyst - 12 Months B2B Contract - Germany - Remote

RED has a new contract opportunity for a Laboratory Support Analyst to join one of our key partners for a laboratory systems support project.

The initial contract will be for 12 months with scope for extension based on project requirements.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be remote, in Germany.
