Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Project Manager - Labs to support client-facing projects remotely across the United States, including our Richmond, VA BioAnalytical Laboratory. The role focuses on financial management, client communications, and process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–8 years of related experience, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• Years of experience comparable to 3 to 8 years or equivalent combination of education, training & experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitors and manages all aspects of designated clinical/non-clinical trial protocols and is accountable for overall project performance and client’s satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations through the life cycle of the assigned clinical trials project(s)/protocol(s).
• Consults and utilizes, where appropriate, the scientific input of laboratory management, technical staff and support teams to assist the client with management of the clinical trial.
• Monitors budget, revenue forecasting/recognition, contract modification submission, review, and follow up.
• Coordinates review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests.
