Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and act as the sponsor contact. You will own scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of project management experience in biomedical or life sciences settings, with strong communication and leadership skills to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's preferred in biomedical or life sciences.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways and communication of Rules of Engagement internally and externally.
• Define responsibilities and communication pathways for regional leads or vendor leads.
• Accountable for the overall delivery of the cross-functional project (time, cost, quality).
• Manage project budget, contracts, Out of Scope activity, and Con Mod negotiations.
• Establish and manage customer expectations for optimal delivery.
• Lead risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory and project requirements.
