Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Associate Project Manager - Labs to support its BioAnalytical Laboratory in Richmond, VA. This fully remote role welcomes applicants from all locations within the US and requires legal work authorization in the United States.

The role involves liaising with operational departments, sponsors, and affiliates to identify, evaluate, and resolve shipment issues for designated protocols and study programs. A Monday–Friday schedule ~8AM–5PM applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 0–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Investigate clinical trial shipments and samples that cannot be clearly identified or routed upon receipt.
• Review shipment documentation, manifests, and data to resolve discrepancies.
• Review requests for database imports for accuracy and provide accurate status information of all pending and completed imports.
• Implement quality control review procedures to ensure accurate data imports.
• Participate in internal/self-audit of database content and support QA procedures.
• Perform corrective and preventative action activities to support QA outcomes.
