Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring an Associate Scientist for our BioAnalytical facility in Richmond, VA. This fully onsite role requires applicants to pass a background check, drug screening, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of lab experience or related work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab work per client protocols and SOPs.
• Prepare study protocols and final study reports.
• Design experiments and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Review data for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise lab resources and update project status.
• Coordinate client communications and meeting records.
• Assist group leaders and SOP implementation.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
