Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive laboratory operations, leadership, and sales teams. You will manage special projects, ensure data integrity across systems, and develop on-demand descriptive data tools.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with MLS certification preferred and experience with Epic Beaker, Cogito, and Caboodle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related healthcare/STEM field, with 1–2 years of clinical lab experience.
MLS certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze statistical, financial, and clinical data to support laboratory operations and leadership.
Design executive dashboards to provide market-level insights for management and sales teams.
Maintain data integrity across laboratory systems and supporting databases.
Complete special projects and automate manual tasks to build reporting tools.
