Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This remote contract role, Training / onboarding / L&D Evaluator, focuses on evaluating AI-generated artifacts against domain rubrics and providing structured feedback to improve model outputs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Training / onboarding / L&D, native or professional English, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides. An advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Training / onboarding / L&D.
Native or professional fluency in English.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics.
Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
Provide structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
Apply subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality evaluations.
