Job summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Kubernetes & OpenShift Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role you will own the end-to-end platform lifecycle — from cluster provisioning and hardening, through workload onboarding and developer enablement, to ongoing operations and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes internals, strong Linux
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience operating container platforms in production
- At least 3 years on Red Hat OpenShift
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift internals (CRDs, RBAC, networking)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes (Tekton/Jenkins/Argo CD)
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise-grade OpenShift platforms
- Own end-to-end platform lifecycle from provisioning to ongoing operations
- Collaborate with application teams, security engineers, and infra stakeholders
- Ensure secure, stable, and developer-friendly container platforms
