Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience in the JVM environment with strong Java skills (Kotlin a plus).
• Experience using Spring Boot in a microservices environment.
• Experience with agile development and continuous deployment/delivery.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), and eventual consistency.
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker & Kubernetes) in a cloud environment (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Build scalable microservices in the JVM using Spring Boot within the Core Banking Development Team.
• Work in an event-driven architecture grounded in DDD and eventual consistency.
• Collaborate across engineering to develop and scale Salmon's core banking and partner platforms.
