Qualifications

• Native or fluent Korean with strong accuracy in character-level correctness, spacing, grammar, and usage.
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2) to understand guidelines and provide feedback.
• Prior experience in QA, data annotation, or OCR validation is required.
• Hands-on familiarity with OCR systems and document parsing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review daily queue of annotated Korean PDFs for QA quality.
• Verify bounding boxes, text transcription, and reading order in Korean documents.
• Correct OCR pre-annotations and flag subtle character-level errors.
• Validate entity classifications: tables, charts, text blocks, headers/footers, and key-value pairs.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to annotators and escalate recurring issues.
