Job summary

Email Marketing Agentur is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to own email and SMS for a portfolio of DTC brands, driving strategy and performance across campaigns and flows in a fully remote setup.

You will lead a small team (designer, copywriter, Klaviyo technician) and manage client communication, ensuring deliverables are on time, on-brand, and error-free. Fluent in German and English with 2+ years of experience and deep Klaviyo expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing email marketing for eCommerce/DTC brands.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Deep expertise in email and SMS marketing for eCommerce.
• Experience with Klaviyo in flows and campaigns.
• Previous brand or agency work.
• Strong eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and modern design.

Responsibilities

• Own full email marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.
• Create and manage monthly campaign calendars for each client.
• Review email copy to ensure clarity, performance, and brand alignment.
• Brief designers and review email designs for layout, hierarchy, and conversion.
• Manage client communication, approvals, and feedback loops.
• Handle revisions quickly (within 24 hours).
• Oversee scheduling and QA to ensure all emails are error-free before sending.
• Manage your team to ensure deadlines are met across all deliverables.
• Maintain clean, organized Figma and Klaviyo environments.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Stay active in Slack and respond within 15 to 20 minutes during working hours.
