Job summary

Solenis is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth with regional and national Retail and Food Service customers. You will expand solutions across cleaning, floor care, food safety, and sanitation through strategic account management, business development, and data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidates live near Philadelphia, PA, with strong relationship-building skills, prospecting ability, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in commercial cleaning applications, chemical sales, and food service.
• Strong understanding of retail and food service operations.
• Proficient in data analysis, business reviews, and customer performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular engagement, business reviews, and strategic account planning.
• Increase account penetration, customer loyalty, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities to improve current programs and introduce new solutions.
• Engage customers at all organizational levels to align business goals, review performance metrics, and communicate industry trends, new products, and innovations.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, partner collaboration, lead generation campaigns, and social selling strategies.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver value-driven solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
