Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance knowledge required.
• Minimum three years in Personal Lines/Property & Casualty sales or marketing.
• Ability to develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow profitable business with independent agencies.
• Develop new prospects and identify distribution opportunities.
• Create sales and marketing plans with agency partners.
• Conduct agency consultations using sales data.
• Serve as liaison between agency and company.
• Analyze sales results and adjust objectives.
• Plan annual objectives and monitor results.
• Support additional projects as needed.
