Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a State Marketing Manager based in Kentucky to drive the growth of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance. This role requires a proven track record in Insurance Sales or Marketing, along with effective communication and sales skills, to achieve and surpass revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will develop new prospects, create Sales and Marketing plans with agency partners, and analyze sales data for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in Personal Lines/Property & Casualty Insurance Sales or Marketing.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Personal Lines and agency dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for growth and new business development goals.
• Develop Sales and Marketing plans with agency partners.
• Conduct agency consultations via sales data analysis.
• Serve as liaison for agency and company interaction.
