CADCA seeks an Upstream Kansas Program Coordinator to lead youth-led prevention activities across Kansas, coordinating trainings, meetings, and partnerships with coalitions and state agencies.

The role emphasizes strong project management, youth engagement, and collaboration with adult advisors to improve community health, safety, and well-being. Remote, Kansas-based with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with public health experience or grant management.
• Experience coordinating youth leadership programs and coalitions.
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support implementation of the Upstream Kansas program, planning activities and events.
• Support youth leadership development and coalition-based prevention efforts.
• Assist in grant management, work plans, budgets, and reporting.
• Collaborate with state agencies, coalitions, and SMEs for trainings.
• Support advisory groups and coordinate trainings and meetings.
