Qualifications

• Independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar).
• Strong technology skills and comfort with telehealth platforms.
• Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to seeing clients; Gaggle listed as Additional Insured.
• Two+ years of counseling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Maintain clinical focus with 90% client-facing work and 10% administrative tasks.
