Job summary

Gaggle is a 100% remote-friendly teletherapy provider delivering school-based mental health services to K-12 students and staff across the United States. Therapists conduct weekly 45-minute sessions, supporting students with mental health needs while maintaining a balanced schedule and no out-of-pocket costs for clients.

The role emphasizes teletherapy delivery, technology navigation, and professional liability coverage.

Qualifications

• Independent license or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LPCA, LSW or similiar)
• Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
• Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
• Reliable computer and internet connection
• Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being
• 90% clinical services / 10% administrative responsibilities
