Job summary

Gaggle.Net is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide teletherapy to K-12 students as contractors. Sessions are conducted virtually with assigned clients, typically 45 minutes, on a flexible schedule that fits school days and evenings.

We support remote work nationwide and you’ll focus primarily on clinical services with some administrative tasks, with a stipend and coverage for cross-licensing fees, plus open office hours for guidance.

Qualifications

• Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar).
• Experience working with children in the K-12 age range.
• Ability to navigate technology, including telehealth platforms.
• Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection.
• Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured.
• 2+ years of counseling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred).
• Dual-state licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being.
• 90% clinical services / 10% administrative responsibilities.
