Job summary

Gaggle is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff across the United States. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling with school-day, after-school, evening, and weekend sessions.

You will conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions and focus on improving students' mental health and well-being. Rewards include an annual contract stipend, cross-licensing support, and no billing insurance.

Qualifications

• Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar).
• Experience working with children in the K-12 age range.
• Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services and list Gaggle as an additional insured.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being.
• 90% clinical services / 10% administrative responsibilities.
