Job summary

Time to Teach is seeking flexible, remote-friendly independent contractors who bring classroom credibility to deliver proven, ready-to-use professional development to teachers nationwide. You’ll work with polished materials and full training, supporting hundreds of classrooms while maintaining autonomy and balance.

You will train and coach educators, share actionable strategies, and join a supportive national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, professor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work that fits around your schedule.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to educators.
• Help teachers strengthen classroom management and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support schools nationwide.
• Represent Time to Teach with professionalism and care for educators.
