Job summary

Time to Teach is seeking experienced educators for a flexible, remote-friendly role as independent contractors delivering proven professional development to teachers nationwide. You bring classroom credibility and coaching skills, and we provide ready-to-deliver materials, full training, and a supportive national community of trainers.

You will train educators across the nation, drawing on your years of experience to improve classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, or education consultant
• Light up in front of a room and enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want flexible work that fits around your current schedule, family, or retirement
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years
• Draw on your real-world experience to support schools and districts nationwide
• Represent Time to Teach with professionalism, energy, and genuine care for the educators you serve
