Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with no quotas or curriculum to write; you bring the classroom credibility and we provide materials and support.

You will deliver PD that teachers can use Monday morning, serve schools nationwide, and join a warm national trainer community.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher or related educator role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Comfortable presenting and coaching adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Wits to manage flexible schedules with no quotas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development to teachers for immediate use.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement at schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
• Lead engaging sessions and support schools and districts remotely.
