Job summary

Time To Teach is recruiting experienced K-12 educators to join a national team of trainers delivering classroom management and student engagement training. This remote-friendly independent contractor role requires your classroom credibility, ready-to-deliver materials, and trainer certification.

You will work with a supportive community and deliver sessions across diverse districts. Trainers are paid per training event, with earnings reflecting effort, availability, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
• Strong presentation, training and coaching abilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to educators
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction and student engagement using proven strategies
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private and charter schools nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion
