Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. You bring classroom credibility; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly opportunity paid per training event. You can work around your current position, family, or retirement, with no quotas and nationwide reach.

Qualifications

• Are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Light up in front of a room and enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want flexible work that fits around your current position, family, or retirement (many of our trainers keep their full-time jobs)
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years
• Draw on your real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with what we call the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
