Trainers are paid per event, with earnings based on effort, experience, and engagement. Certification is provided through a three-day virtual program before the first event, ensuring you are prepared and supported.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, principals, professors, counselors, or education consultants.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule with minimal supervision.
