Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training nationwide. This is remote-friendly contractor work with flexible scheduling and no quotas.

You bring classroom credibility; we provide ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification. New trainers complete Time To Teach certification (virtual, three days) and join a warm national community of trainers.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or education professional.
• Enjoy presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible schedule; many trainers keep full-time jobs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P’s: personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
