Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to schools nationwide. This remote-friendly, independent contractor role requires real classroom credibility and the ability to present effectively.

Trainers receive ready-to-use materials, Time To Teach certification, and join a national community of fellow trainers. Flexibility and no quotas are emphasized to fit around other commitments.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Wants work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time positions).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
