Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. Independent contractor role with flexible, remote-friendly scheduling, built to fit around other work or family life.

You will deliver research-based professional development to teachers nationwide, using ready-to-deliver materials and a trainer certification program. There are no quotas, and earnings are per event with opportunities to scale through engagement and experience.

Qualifications

• You are a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• You love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners and perform well in front of a room.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field is required.
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• You want work that fits your life (many trainers keep their full-time jobs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning.
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on real-world experience.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
