Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training refined since 1993.

This independent contractor opportunity is remote-friendly, with complete ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community behind you. You bring classroom credibility and real-world experience.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Strong presentation, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work that fits around another job or retirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years
• Draw on your real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with what we call the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
