Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role with complete ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification.

You bring your classroom experience and credibility; we provide three decades of proven content and a supportive national network to help you succeed without quotas or a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Excellent presentation, training, coaching, or adult-learning leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers because it actually works on Monday morning
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement using strategies refined over 30+ years
• Draw on your real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with what we call the three P's: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
