Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to join a national team of trainers to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. You bring classroom credibility; we provide content, certification, and a supportive community.

This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role. Trainers are paid per event, with certification provided and ongoing support to help you succeed in your first engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Experience presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Willing to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development for teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support diverse schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
