Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Data Coordinator/Instructional Coach for our VAVA partner school.

This remote role supports data-driven instruction and requires in-person attendance for PDs, testing, and events in Virginia. The position analyzes assessment data, maintains confidential files, and helps teachers interpret results to target at-risk students, with reporting prepared for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field and 2 years data analysis experience
• Experience with data from various types of student assessments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Analyze local, state, and national assessment data related to student performance and school improvement
• Develop and maintain historical student and school data files
• Interpret and review assessment data with administrators and teachers
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Attend meetings and events in VA as required
