Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Data Coordinator/Instructional Coach for the VAVA partnership in a remote role with strong preference for Virginia residents. Attendance at in-person PDs, testing, and school events is required.

The role focuses on analyzing assessment data, maintaining confidential data files, training teachers and administrators in data-driven instruction, and creating reports to support student success across K-12.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field; 2 years data analyst experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret assessment data to inform instruction and school improvement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential data files of student achievement.
• Develop reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train teachers and administrators in data-driven practices.
